Rental Terms and Conditions!
Services:
Our services may be secured up to one year prior to your event date. Orders that are placed three months or more ahead of the scheduled event, AND, are paid in FULL within 30 days of the signed contract, will receive a 10% discount off the total bill.

Item Quantities:
Item quantities must be confirmed 30 days prior to the event. An increase of item quantities less than 14 days prior to the event are subject to availability and are not guaranteed and must be paid before the event date. The Customer may reduce the item quantity amount by no more than 20% within 20 days prior to the event date. If necessary, a small fee may be charged the equivalent to 10% of the rental cost of the reduced amount provided. This fee is to cover the costs that Simply Unique Weddings & Events must incur for securing the rental items for your event date.
Damaged/Missing/Lost Item & Inspection Agreement:
The Customer will be responsible to pay for any incidents including, but not limited to, damaged, lost, altered, or stolen items. Except for reasonable rental usage, all items must be returned in their normal condition. Simply Unique Weddings & Events can take out most stains. However, for each item returned with tears, holes, wine & food stains, candles burns or wax marks that may be damaged beyond repair or unusable, the Customer will be charged/billed for replacement cost. We also do not allow any pins or punctures of any form on the linens & chair covers!
The FULL replacement cost of each item is: Chair cover $5-10, Sash $2, Tablecloth $15-28,
Table Runner $5, Napkin $1 and Overlay $10-15. Price may be subject to change!
The Customer will be responsible for personally inspecting the rental items before use (that way we cannot hold you liable for any possible defects prior to getting our rental items) and after use! No exceptions! If any of our items are missing, damage, or is unusable; then it is your responsibility to notify "Simply Unique Weddings & Events".

Product Inspection:
The Customer understands that it is their responsibility to ensure the proper fit of chair cover and color of the rental items. Refunds will not be granted in the case that the fitting, size, color, or texture does not match!

Requirements of Contract and Payment Policy:
A 50% down deposit is required to reserve your event date & rental items – deposits are non refundable . This deposit will be applied towards the remaining balance. You have two weeks prior to your event date to confirm or change your final count. (Any revisions or color changes must be made at least 2 months before the event date).Final Payment will be due two weeks prior to your event, no exceptions! Simply Unique Weddings & Events has the right to refuse set up of items, if payment in full has not been received in which this contract becomes null and void; resulting in a complete forfeit and NO services will be rendered.

Contract: By making a payment, placing orders, or receiving products, the Customer agrees to the terms within this rental agreement. Contract will be sent to Customer upon approval of "Rental Quote".

Forms of Payment:
We accept cash, check, & money orders. Be sure to make all checks and/or money
orders payable to "Mary Woodard". If we receive any returned checks, you will be responsible for paying the returned check fee of $36.00.
If for any reasons, Simply Unique Weddings & Events is obligated to contact a collection agency, small claims court, or hire an attorney; you will be held responsible for fees to cover these costs.

Event Cancellation:
In most cases, orders may be canceled at least 60 days prior to customer’s event date. Your rental order is not cancelled until you receive an "Order Cancellation Confirmation"

This covers the cost that Simply Unique Weddings & Events incurs for turning away potential customers in order to secure the rental items needed for your event; which is why there will be NO refunds! Client(s) understands that it is their responsibility to ensure the proper fit of all linens, chair covers and color of the rental items. Delivery and Set-up:
Chair cover pricing includes delivery and set up for local area. Clients outside the 30 mile range will be charged a delivery and pick up fee. Pricing will be based on driving distance. (Normally the delivery & pickup fee ranges from $25-35)

Liabilities:
Simply Unique Weddings & Events shall not be liable for any injury, loss, or damage directly or consequently arising out of the use, or inability to use, our chair covers, sashes, & linens. The Customer understands and holds Simply Unique Weddings & Events harmless from all claims, actions, proceedings, cost, damages and liabilities, including attorney’s fees, arising of the use of our linens. Breach of contract will result in collections of fees by Simply Unique Weddings & Events. The Customer will therefore be responsible for all fees associated with the collections process, including NSF check fees, attorney fees and litigations fees, in the event that the contract has been breached.
